My favorite meal/cooking pet peeves!



Jerk Shrimp Alfredo Pasta!


  • 1 bag raw jumbo shrimp

  • 1 box Rigatoni noodles

  • 1 box heavy whipping cream

  • 1 block sharp white cheddar cheese

  • Fresh thyme, parsley, sundried julienne tomatoes, olive oil, salt,

  • pepper, Cajun seasoning, jerk seasoning and dry parmesan

  • seasoning.


The Jerk shrimp pasta is one of my favorite meals to prepare, its

creamy texture and robust flavor create a rich blend of

excitement for your tastebuds.


My cooking pet peeve, stay out the kitchen when I am cooking!!

When I’m cooking, I always use fresh ingredients as this gives the meal so much flavor and retains the taste days after it has been prepared. When it comes to butter, I highly recommend Kerry gold Irish Butter, it gives pasta and baked dishes a creamy rich flavor. My favorite is the garlic infused kind.


One of the best cooking tools to have in your kitchen is a good paring knife, a sturdy spatula for mixing sauces and a stand-alone cheese grater as this is a necessity when it

comes to making pastas and hearty.


My favorite ingredients/cooking trends

I have a few favorites when it comes to ingredients:

  • Thyme

  • Rosemary

  • Basil

  • Sage

  • Cajun Seasoning

  • Jamaican Jerk seasoning

  • Olive oil


Lately I have seen a wave of Alfredo pasta being prepared using.

Salmon or Shrimp. And one of my favorites, crab meat!


I love the thick fluffy texture that comes with the crab meat and

cooked correctly the crab meat is ooh so succulent and delicious!
